Returns

• You may return unopened and unused non-food items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must remain in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Frozen goods

• Perishable foods

• Opened packages

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging and product

We will provide a refund or replacement for affected items.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing the order.

• Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
